Just so you know a little about us, we’ve lived here in Winter Springs, Florida, for over 15 years and raised our kids here. We’re originally from Orlando and Arizona. We chose Winter Springs for its excellent schools and community.
Jennifer was a results-driven business development executive with experience across multiple industries: real estate, medical, information technology, etc., and Charles is a US Navy veteran who was an IT professional at the Sanford Airport. Then, in 2012, we got into real estate and realized we could do more for sellers if we bought their houses directly for market price, so we started “EPS Houses LLC.”
