Amazing, helpful and patient. I was helping a friend who was facing foreclosure and I heard about EPS. Trying to sell my mother’s home in Lake City, Florida, had proven to be a frustrating experience. No, let me reword that: a horrible experience. As it turned out, three people in three various locations owned part of the mineral rights to the property! And no real estate people in the area seemed able to advise us what to do about it! Meanwhile, my sister and I needed to be out from under the mortgage payment! After nearly giving up, we contacted Charles Ebanks in Orlando to see if he could help us out of this mess. After a visit to the property and taking professional photos, Charles told us what minor adjustments we needed to make in order to sell the house AND what to do about those dratted mineral rights! The logjam was cleared and the water finally began flowing, so to speak. I can't even begin to say what a burden was lifted from us. The house then sold quickly.
